What is Person-Centred Counselling?
There are many different types of counselling available and it is important for you to find the right type, and the right counsellor for you.

Person-centred counselling is an approach developed by Karl Rogers. He believed that by giving someone a safe, non judgemental space to be themselves and truly be listened to and understood they can learn to accept themselves and learn to become their best selves.

I aim to provide you with a calm, quiet space where you are in control of what you want to talk about and how deep you go. I will be there to listen, guide and support you but I am not there to tell you what to do or give advice. I may at times suggest things you could try but at all times you are in control and don’t have to take me up on any of my suggestions.
